Field Notes 20260423 - Thursday

The body runs on Saturn’s clock

Afternoon

  • Sun: Taurus 4°
  • Moon: Cancer 29° | Waxing Crescent (First Quarter tonight)
Meditation
  • 30 Minutes.

Another restorative session. There was no particular goal with this one other than problem solving regarding a particular task that I am tackling at my agency.

Only one thing to note really, when I have meditation sessions where I space out a bit too long because I’m tired and need it my left foot will flinch/jerk right at the time I decided to conclude the meditation. Today I told myself, “30 minutes”, and my left foot snapped me out of my daze at exactly 30 minutes.

This is not an isolated event and tends to happen specifically when I go into more restorative kind of sessions with click-outs and spacing out. With moderate to great energy I simply end the session right on time, no physical cues to pull me out.

Pretty neat!
